It helps to include:
- The page you were on (copy the address from your browser).
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
- Your device and browser, if something looked or worked wrong.
- A screenshot, if you have one.
Please don't send passwords, payment details, or sensitive guest data by email. If you'd rather use a form, the contact form works for general and sales questions, and the start request is the place to ask for a site.
Common questions
How do I get started?
Send a start request with your name, email, and, if you like, your wedding date and the template and package you're interested in. We review every request personally to confirm fit and timing, follow up by email, and confirm scope and next steps before anything else happens. A request is not a booking, a contract, or a payment. Current status: limited availability this season.
What can Weddware do today?
The features page keeps three separate lists. “Available now” covers what works in the product now, such as household RSVP, guest management, and the seating chart. “Guided or concierge” covers help we provide with some packages: setup assistance, content migration, design adjustments within guardrails, custom domain coordination, and launch review. “In development or exploratory” (venue intelligence and deeper venue partnerships) is not available yet.
Are the template previews real wedding sites?
No. The previews in the template gallery are illustrative mockups drawn from each template's colors and layout, not screenshots. The sample sites under each template use a fictional couple and fictional details; none of them is a real couple's site.
Are the prices final?
Not yet. The prices on the pricing page are provisional, and nothing there is a chargeable price. We confirm scope, timing, and price in writing for your project before any work or payment begins.
I run a venue or plan weddings. Where do I start?
Use the inquiry form on the venues page, or email us at the address above.
